The mission of The Irrigation Association, a non-profit, North American organization, is to improve the products and practices used to manage water resources and to help shape the worldwide business environment of the irrigation industry.

Micah Posten, Owner of Impact Irrigation, received his IA Certification in 2000.  As a Certified Irrigation Specialist, he has developed a greater working knowledge of the profession and a greater sense of confidence that the job is done job right.  He enjoyed heightened prestige and credibility, knowledge of the latest techniques and practices designed to improve his overall service, personal fulfillment and professional advancement in a dynamic and demanding industry.
